Working out 3-4 times a week is ideal, with a makeup day to do additional accessory lifts, that takes the hassle of having to do all of the work required on a day and splitting it up evenly. This makes your training more sustainable.

People get paralyzed by not being able to believe themselves that they can handle the amount of work required for a particular workout and end up  training hard one-day and never coming back.
