Self Development is seen as breaking into realms of yourself you didn’t even know were there. Learning a new skill, language or something new about you.
Self Development can also be about relearning differing facets of things in which you already have mastery in and discovering nuances or allowing yourself to let go of what you previously “knew” about something and experience it in a totally different way.
