People ask me all the time in the gym or online about how long will it take them to get to a 500 lb squat or a 300 lb bench and what have you.
I usually have to tell them the unpopular answer of be accountable/ training with your training.
People are consistent but not in a way that will help them. Usually, they are only consistent in being inconsistent.
