I usually look forward to doing Squats on Monday’s because it goes against the traditional bro gym stitch.  I have done this for years!  But because of a recent tweak in my right hamstring, I have to skip out on squats and rest and recover my injury.  This week is supposed to be the week that I finish my bench program, so not only do I have to do this weeks bench work but I have to make up for some bench work I missed out on last week.  7 days of high frequency, heavy bench training.  This is going to be hell but a necessary evil in hopes to dominate this July.  Wish me luck!
