What’s good guys, so I finally finished up my book today and put it up for publishing, should be done within a couple of hours.  Want to know who is willing to test it out and give a review!

I have worked pretty diligently on it for the past 3 months and it is as good as it gets as far as getting a run down on how to get stronger in the gym and progress on all of the major key lifts.  The points I outline in the book are what gave me a 5oo pound plus squat a 320 pound plus bench and 600 pound plus deadlift.

You do not necessarily have to want to get that strong, but master those key movements are staples in any respectable program and will give you an athletic aesthetic look as well as build an insane amount of strength.  Check it out!
