Meet day is coming up quick and I am feeling neurotic at the moment.  I am visualizing openers and middle lifts as well as closers and my main goal for this meet is to of course win but to go 9/9.  Making all your lifts is big for positive reinforcement/Momentum reasons.  I want to save my willpower reserves for my deadlift.

My weight right now is around 185 lbs.  I have to be 181.5 Friday morning, so I am comfortable with where I am at now and with a trip to the sauna night and a good basketball session I should be in around 181.5 for the morning of.
