This week has been exactly what I thought it would be in terms of training.  Hard work and grit.  With a 10 days left I feel that come game time I am going to be ready and I have this weeks training to thank for it!  I am however struggling with soreness, but I guess that is a good problem to have.

This week I am reallly just focusing down on the key lifts, low reps heavy weight and making sure it feels right so to speak.
