This week begins the weight cut as well as final peaking before my meet on the 19. There is so many variables that could knock me off course as far as performing the way I want to in this meet. Sleep schedule, working on my business, work, training variability, stress among all the others. Despite all of those I will still prevail! Training this week will have to be intense. I am going to control what I can control which is sleep, diet, and attitude! March 19 cant come soon enough.
