Whats up guys! Hope all is well! Here is a sample of my project I have been working on. This is a complication of the type of training I have been doing for years and has given me awesome results. I was a basketball player in high school and gave me tremendous advantage in the realm of strength as a player and as you most of you now know I am a power lifter and still gives me great success.
