It is only the second day into the first year and sad to say it most people have not even started their new years resolution yet.  Some said they wanted to stop eating so much, stop drinking so much, stop hanging out with the wrong people etc.  When do these people plan on starting?  You guessed it.. Monday!  Well I wish them the best, but this cannot be you.  Do not expect to make major change in one day, instead try implementing small menial changes through out your day and the next thing you know you are half way towards your goal.  😉
