Quick training update

Got a great workout in tonight, really pumped going forward with my progressions in the gym.  Did moderate squatting, as well as dead lifting for my compound movements.  For accessories I got some back work and a lot of core work done.  Looking at just setting mini goals for this month to really be on top of it for 2016!

Back feels fine, I did deadlifts this evening with minimal stimulation.  I go to the chiropractor again tomorrow morning so lifting and adjusting should get me back in the swing of things and move me towards my goals going forward!
