Training update: Consistency

So I went to the gym with one hour to go.  And of course I left my  shorts most people would use this as an excuse to skip out but I decided to do the big no no and work out in my work pants.  I felt like one of those dads who’s going to the gym in the beginning of the year.  Consistency is what breeds results.  So I got it in!
