Monday’s workout was essentially a max out day where I got up to where I wanted to be as far as squat and pushed way beyond prior deadlift pr! So those lifts should be good to go on the day of the meet. As far as bench I plan on doing some volume not for quick increases but simply to get used to weight I will be pushing on Saturday. nit much else to say for the past couple of days just trying to take care of myself and coutunhe small stepping into victory! Preparation has been really Key up until now and I’m not gong to let anything get in my way now even if halloween is the day of the event!
